Most fitness events measure how fast you can run or how much you can lift. The Super Age Games measures something more important: how long you’ll live well.

We’ve designed eight trials, each built around a longevity marker scientists use to measure healthspan. You’ll move through stations that test grip strength, aerobic capacity, agility, balance, functional strength, and endurance under load, plus two trials that most fitness events skip entirely: working memory under physical stress, and your relational capacity in real time. It’s one day. It’s built to be hard in the right ways.

The specifics of our Trials are top secret. But from now until November 7, we’ll give you hints and training resources so you can show up ready to compete in November. Plus, training for The Games will help you live better, longer.

Questions?

What should I bring?
Athletic clothing, running shoes, and a water bottle. All equipment for the Trials is provided. Bag check available on-site.
Can I register day-of?
No. Registration closes October 7 at 11:59 PM or when we sell out, whichever comes first.
Is there an age requirement?
Participants must be 18 or older.
Can I spectate?
Yes. Spectator tickets will be available for purchase at the door and online. More details to come.
What is the refund policy?
All sales final. No refunds. Transfers permitted up to 4 weeks before the event, for a fee. See terms and conditions for more details. 
How do I access The Super Age Standard?
The Super Age Standard is part of your training for the Games. We’ll notify you via email when onboarding begins.

Do I get results the same day?
You’ll receive preliminary results during the event, with your Super Age Healthspan Assessment delivered within 7 days.
